  • Marylee always likes to make a personal connection with her clients to better understand their likes, dislikes, and tastes. We set up a time to meet and get acquainted.

  • Initial home or venue visit: It is important to see the space, whether your home or a rented facility; to walk through the flow of the event, get a feel for the atmosphere, discuss lighting, accessibility and functionality. Need help finding a venue? Marylee has a list for that, too. 

  • Staffing requirements: We recommend the type and number of staff including the timeline for service from set up to clean up, to make your event run smoothly. *Keep in mind, COVID19 Sanitation and Safety protocols require additional staff.

  • Catering coordination: We will provide you with options and suggestions for catering with our trusted vendors or we are happy to work with the caterer of your choice. We can coordinate the menu and quantities, for you, too. Custom Private Chef options are available, too.

  • Menu suggestions: We are familiar with a wide variety of food styles and are accustomed to handling dietary requests such as Gluten Free, Nut Free, Vegetarian, Vegan, and other food allergies. We can be sure to suggest a balanced menu for your guests.

  • Beverage selection: We provide professional advice on wine selection, wine pairings, spirits, mixers, and creation of that Signature drink to make your event memorable! We not only recommend quantities but can arrange for beverage delivery, including ice!

  • Rental assistance: We will assess your needs and arrange rentals for you for everything from tables, linens, barware, dining needs, including some décor!

  • Timeline Coordination:  Marylee will coordinate your deliveries and pickups and make sure you have enough time to get ready for your guests!
