Support / Software

We are excited to use a few tools to make our work flow a little smoother. Below you will find helpful reference guides and information about each of the apps we use as well as some troubleshooting tips if you run into an issue.

Set up your availability so we know when you are available to work events.

  1. Go to the profile button on the bottom of your app

  2. Choose Availability

  3. Choose which days of the week you are available to work by touching the green checkmarks below the days of the week or by touching on the calendar itself. Green checkmark means you are available and red X means you are not available. 

  4. You can block out vacation days.

  5. By clicking on the day on the calendar you can choose the time you are available.

If you see a date with an orange background, we are expecting multiple events that day and need a high number of staff to work.


Access your pay stubs, tax information, update your address and more in the ADP Employee Portal.


3 Easy Steps:

  1. Click on the create account link in the email you received from ADP.

  2. Create a username and password.

  3. Log-in to access all the employee features.

Go Paperless - Save a Tree

  1. Sign in and go to Pay

  2. Choose Paperless Option & Click Receive Paperless statements

  3. Review the Go Paperless electronic signature notice

  4. Select receive paperless statements check box

  5. Click I agree
